 “Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

This verse means that when the angel says “Now I have told you,” it emphasizes that the truth of Christ’s resurrection has been clearly revealed, and from that moment on the disciples are responsible to respond; believing it, obeying it, and carrying the message forward.
